Hub Access

To access the Medical Products Hub shop, clients need to complete the application process. To do this you need to:

  • Complete and submit the form on this page.
  • Read and electronically sign the Service Agreement & Access Agreement, as part of the form.
  • Read and electronically sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement, as part of the form.

Note:

  • The details you provide will be verified prior to your access to the Medical Products HUB.
  • Upon completion of the verification (in approx. 24 hours), and at the discretion of the Medical Products HUB, you will receive via email, a confirmation of being accepted for access to the Medical Products HUB.
  • Attached to this confirmation email you will also be sent the pre-approved Agreements.
  • Access to the Medical Products HUB is FREE for Registered Parties.
  • Costs are only incurred upon a formal quote being issued and accepted by a client following an Order Request being made for Products through the Medical Products HUB shop.
